Tin Man Heating is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer for residential projects. You will install systems, mentor junior installers, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards with attention to codes and manufacturer specs.

Your background includes 2–5+ years in HVAC installation with lead duties, HVAC certification or equivalent hands-on experience, and a strong customer-service mindset. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $40.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission (top performers $50+/hour).

Compensation

$23.00 – $40.00+/hour + uncapped commissionTop performers earn $50+/hour
