Legacy Heating and Air, Inc. is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Indiana. You’ll lead high‑quality residential installs, ensuring manufacturer specs, safety, and company standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Lead Residential (forced air units and ductless) HVAC installation experience (Required).
• EPA Certification is required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and professional attitude.

• $50k-$150k/year (hourly base + uncapped commission)

• Pre‑measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs
• Properly connect equipment and verify system performance

What You Bring

• 4 years of Lead Residential (forced air units and ductless) HVAC installation experience (Required)
• 1 weekend per month on call (Saturday and Sunday)
• EPA Certification
• HVAC degree or equivalent training
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licenseA professional attitude and pride in your work
• Preferred: experience with installing geothermal systems and boilers
