Applegate Home Comfort is seeking self‑motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our growing HVAC team as an HVAC Lead Installer. You’ll install, pre‑measure, and test HVAC systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in every project.

The role requires 2–5 years of lead HVAC installation experience and an HVAC degree or equivalent experience, plus strong customer service and communication skills. We offer flexible scheduling and a full benefits package.

• $25.00 – $40.00+ per hour (uncapped commission)

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer

• Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre‑measure job sites to ensure proper preparation and efficient installation
• Properly connect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of lead HVAC installation experience (required)
• HVAC degree or equivalent experience
