Job summary

Davison Heating and Cooling, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead installations, ensure safety and workmanship, and train junior technicians.

You will pre-measure job sites, install equipment per manufacturer specs, document all calls and jobs, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Requirements include 2–5 years of lead HVAC install experience, an HVAC degree or trade certification, and a valid driver’s license. Outdoor work and heavy equipment handling are required.

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity in the HVAC field? Davison Heating and Cooling is looking to build an industry leading team with talented Lead Installers.

Pay:$25.00 - $40.00+/hour

(Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

(Sign-On up to $2.5K)

What You Will Do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements

What You Will Bring:

• 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience (required)
• Ability to communicate and present to customers
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
