Job Responsibilities

• HVAC System Installation: Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential properties, including central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems.
• System Testing & Startup: Perform startup procedures for newly installed systems, ensuring proper operation and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with homeowners to provide high-level customer service and system recommendations.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Assist in diagnosing issues and offering solutions for HVAC systems.
• Blueprint & Technical Diagram Reading: Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Code Compliance: Ensure installations meet all relevant codes and regulations.
• Quality Workmanship: Complete installations with attention to detail, maintaining industry standards.
• Record Keeping: Use software like Service Titan to track work and maintain accurate records.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and advice.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential HVAC installation.
• License: Valid Connecticut D2 license.
• Technical Skills: Experience with HVAC systems, blueprint reading, and software like Service Titan.
