Job Description Summary

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of manufacturing equipment. You will work alongside knowledgeable, skilled, and dedicated team members to help guide you to success.

Job Description

1. Work experience in a similar role, ideally in a production-oriented environment, with emphasis on CNC machines and mechanical presses is preferred.
2. Strong electrical and mechanical analytical problem-solving abilities.
3. Experience in welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting.
4. Working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.
5. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
7. Shift flexibility and willingness to work overtime is desired.

Required Skills and Education

1. Support production operations for all maintenance requirements, including hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems as scheduled. Select materials and operate equipment, including electrical hand tools and voltage or ampere measuring devices.
2. Troubleshoot and maintain all plant equipment using sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodologies.
3. Work from available drawings, equipment specifications, and schematics.
4. Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance inspections.
5. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
6. Experience in electrical troubleshooting.
