Ho-Chunk, Inc. and All Native Group seek a Facility / Asset Survey Technician (Term) to build an asset baseline for barracks and housing facilities on a DoD installation.
Responsibilities include surveying spaces, collecting nameplate data, and labeling locations for asset tracking within Maximo. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in facility assessment or CMMS data collection, OSHA-10, and the ability to work in field conditions with daily travel between buildings.
Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a Facility / Asset Survey Technician (Term) to build an accurate asset baseline for barracks and housing facilities on the installation through site surveys, equipment nameplate data collection, QR location labeling and baseline condition data that feed the maintenance management system (Maximo). This is a term (temporary-duration) position and an immediate opening.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime. Shifts may require some evening or weekend work, and this position participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency escalations as duty lead.
Daily local travel between buildings on the installation.
High school diploma or GED required; technical or facilities background preferred.
