Abacus is seeking an Electrical Service & Sales Manager in Houston to lead the division's operations, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer experience. You will manage strategic initiatives, budgets, and a team of service professionals to meet financial goals.

The role focuses on developing and executing plans, coaching staff, and maintaining compliance with NEC and local regulations while delivering top-tier service for residential and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Graduate/GED Equivalent.
• Leadership experience in supervisory or managerial role.
• Home Service experience (required).
• Wireman, Journeyman and/or Master License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans, objectives, and policies for the division.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of electrical service professionals.
• Drive the Electrical department through training and development of field technicians.
• Oversee and manage the division's budget, financial targets, and cost-control measures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

• Oversee and manage the division's budget, financial targets, and cost-control measures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Leadership Experience: Experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within a technical or service environment
• Home Service experience (required)
• Wireman, Journeyman and or Master License (preferred)
