Job summary

Work World is hiring an Assistant Manager at our Pittsburg, CA location. This full-time role includes supervising store staff, scheduling, and helping manage daily operations. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service.
• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 2-years of prior retail experience.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.

• Bi-Lingual a plus.
• Assistant Manager experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist training all store personnel.
• Schedule opposite shifts of the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned by the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store; prepare bank deposits and drop at bank.
• Buy change for store as needed.
• Process merchandise shipments.
• Keep store neat and clean at all times.
• Ring sales on cash register; greet customers and answer phones.
• Assist customers in finding items.

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
