Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking an assistant sales manager / operations manager to support sales and operations for a very busy eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio in St. Louis. This role offers leadership opportunities and a path to growth within a dynamic beauty environment.

The manager will implement policies, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while coordinating scheduling and daily operations. MindBody software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service or retail setting.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Able to organize, delegate tasks and drive process improvements.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily sales and studio operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Lead and develop a team to meet service and sales objectives.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures for efficient operations.
• Train staff and manage scheduling and coverage.

Manager Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented is a must.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver.
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Competent trainer and motivator
