Rug Doctor is hiring a full-time Area Service Representative (ASR) based in Redding, CA. The ASR delivers products, maintains rental displays, inspects and services rental machines, and provides superior customer service to retailers. Overnight travel is required on a biweekly basis.

This role emphasizes independence, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment. The position offers a company vehicle, paid training, uniforms, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• Ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in a day.

Responsibilities

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM: Area Service Representative #417

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts. Route requires overnight travel, every 2 weeks; depending on company needs.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.
