Job summary

Rug Doctor is seeking a full-time Area Service Representative to deliver products and maintain rental displays at multiple retail locations on an assigned route. The ASR will inspect, clean and service rental machines, provide superb customer service to established accounts, and adhere to Rug Doctor standards while working independently on a daytime schedule with occasional overnight travel.

Candidates must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs; company vehicle

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift up to 50lbs from ground to higher levels, and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• Ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in a day.

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM: Area Service Representative #297

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts.Route requires overnight travel, 1 night a month; depending on company needs.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.

Responsibilities
