Job summary

Rug Doctor is hiring a full-time Area Service Representative (ASR) in Las Cruces, NM. The ASR delivers products, services display/equipment, and provides outstanding customer service to retail accounts on an assigned route with overnight travel (1–2 nights per month).

The role maintains rental displays, inspects and services machines, and upholds Rug Doctor standards. You will work independently in a fast-paced setting, with a company vehicle and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• Ability to drive a vehicle for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental displays are clean, stocked and maintained at multiple retail locations on the route.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines during stops.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Rug Doctor professionally.
• Travel overnight 1–2 nights per month as required by the route.
• Work full time, Monday–Friday with optional Saturday as needed.

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM: Area Service Representative #597

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts. Route requires overnight travel, 1 to 2 nights a month; depending on company needs.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.
