You will work under supervision to build relationships with MH, SUD, and MAT teams, assess client strengths, and guide them through job search, applications, and referrals, promoting recovery and long-term

Qualificações

• Experience applying IPS model to employment services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Ability to collaborate with MH, SUD, MAT providers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide services to individuals using the IPS model.
• Assist clients in choosing and obtaining competitive employment in community jobs.
• Collaborate with MH, SUD, and MAT providers to identify clients needing employment support.
• Implement Supported Employment and IPS job development strategies.
• Provide individualized support based on client preferences, strengths, and living situation.
• Develop career profiles and referrals to job leads.
