Job summary

McCall Behavioral Health Network is seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Supported Employment team in the Greater Torrington area. You will support clients with employment goals as part of their treatment plan and collaborate within clinical teams.

Role is full-time and in-office, with pay starting at $24.00/hour. Qualifications include a related degree, recovery specialist certification, and strong communication skills; Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Certification as a Recovery Support Specialist preferred.
• Must have proven technical, clinical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and in the community.
• Ability to Speak Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and engage clients to develop individualized employment plans.
• Function as part of the clinical treatment team and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain fidelity to the IPS employment model.
• Advocate for clients to ensure quality treatment and equity of care.
• Develop relationships with employers and connect clients to resources.
