Qualifications

• Reliability, organization and punctuality are essential.
• Comfort with using GPS and smartphone apps for navigation.
• Able to stand for 4–6 hours and remain engaged with participants.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with participants in real-world job and community settings.

• Provide safe, short-distance transportation using personal vehicle.
• Document progress and communicate with the Clear Motivations team.

What You’ll Do

As a Job Coach, you’ll work one-on-one with participants in real-world job and community settings. No two days are the same—and every day matters.

• Support adults with disabilities at job sites and in the community
• Teach job skills, social skills, and daily independence strategies with hands-on coaching and guidance
• Provide safe, short-distance transportation using your personal vehicle to and from work sites
• Encourage independence, confidence, and growth through positive coaching and mentorship
• Document progress and communicate with the Clear Motivations team
• Be a professional, consistent, and uplifting role model in someone’s journey
