Job summary

Unified Work is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to provide ongoing training support to employees and contractors with documented disabilities. The role focuses on modeling work skills, coaching participants, and ensuring compliance with 245D standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include documenting goals, using company software, and collaborating with supervisors to maintain staffing ratios in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering supported employment or direct care services.
• Ability to read, write, recognize, understand and accomplish new assignments with general instructions.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain it.
• Satisfactory DHS Background Study and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training support to employees and contractors with documented disabilities.
• Model appropriate work skills and provide coaching to participants.
• Work with supervisor to introduce natural supports, provide prompts and feedback, and manage staffing ratios.
• Document employee goals and daily activities in Pavillio or required software.
• Uphold 245D program and licensing requirements and maintain confidentiality.
