United Ability in Birmingham, AL is seeking a part-time Work Instructor to support students with disabilities in securing community employment. You will provide job coaching and on-site support at host businesses, guiding students through the worksite rotation and real-world tasks.

• Train students in grooming, hygiene, communication, interviewing and behavior as it relates to successful employment.
• Submits and completes required paperwork.

Job Details: Job Location: United Ability - Birmingham, AL, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Monday-Friday; 9:30am-2:30pm

Position will work on-site at University of Alabama- Birmingham.

United Ability is an organization that provides a variety of services to individuals with disabilities. The instruction, coaching and support provided will equip students with the necessary skills for employment.
