Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Rancho Cucamonga area.

In this role, you will provide on-the-job coaching, tailor job training, and help clients build independence and confidence within community-based employment settings. You’ll collaborate with case managers and employers, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and promote inclusive workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites.
• Experience in human services or job coaching is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job coaching and support to individuals with disabilities in community-based employment settings.
• Offer personalized job training and mentorship to help clients meet employer expectations.
• Conduct ongoing vocational assessments to evaluate client strengths, areas for growth, and job-readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, support provided, and performance reviews.
• Communicate regularly with case managers, employment specialists, and supervisors to ensure client success.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partner employers.
• Promote inclusion, independence, and workplace success for all clients.
