Colonial Group is seeking a Job Coach II to provide individualized support to clients at employment sites across San Diego County. You’ll help clients learn job skills, adapt to work environments, and pursue long-term employment success.

Based in San Diego, the role involves one-on-one coaching, skill-building, and collaboration with employers and support networks to ensure successful workplace integration and progress tracking.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
• CPR & First Aid certification (training provided).
• Valid CA driver's license and auto insurance preferred.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Job Coach II to provide individualized support to clients at competitive employment sites across San Diego County. In this role, you’ll help clients learn job skills, adapt to their work environments, and achieve long-term employment success.

Location: San Diego & MCRD

Pay: The pay for this position is $22.00 to $22.00.

Schedule: Varies

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and workplace training
• Assist clients in building job skills and meeting employer expectations
• Support workplace integration and social skill development
• Monitor job performance and provide feedback
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with employers, case managers, and support networks

What You’ll Need:
