Colonial Group is seeking a Job Coach II to provide individualized support to clients across San Diego County, helping them learn job skills and adapt to work environments. The role focuses on guiding clients toward long-term employment success at competitive sites, with supervision and collaboration with employers and case managers.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, up to one year of relevant experience, strong communication and coaching abilities, and a CA driver’s license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills are essential.
• CPR & First Aid certification (training provided) is preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and workplace training.
• Assist clients in building job skills and meeting employer expectations.
• Support workplace integration and social skill development.
• Monitor job performance and provide feedback.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with employers, case managers, and support networks.
