Colonial Group is seeking a Job Coach II to provide individualized support to clients across San Diego County, helping them learn job skills and adapt to work environments. The role focuses on guiding clients toward long-term employment success at competitive sites, with supervision and collaboration with employers and case managers.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, up to one year of relevant experience, strong communication and coaching abilities, and a CA driver’s license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills are essential.
• CPR & First Aid certification (training provided) is preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.

We are hiring a Job Coach II to provide individualized support to clients at competitive employment sites across San Diego County. In this role, you’ll help clients learn job skills, adapt to their work environments, and achieve long-term employment success.

Location: San Diego & MCRD

Pay: The pay for this position is $22.00 to $22.00.

Schedule: Variess

• Monitor job performance and provide feedback
• Document progress and maintain accurate records

What You’ll Need:
