Advocates for Life Skills & Opportunity Inc. Medford, Oregon is seeking an Employment Professional (Job Coach) to support individuals with IDD at work through on-the-job training, mentorship, and skill-building.

You will foster meaningful employment relationships by providing oversight and hands-on support. The role offers engaging, person-centered employment supports across home, work, and community settings, with competitive starting pay and opportunities for growth and professional

Qualifications

• Be dependable and punctual; able to travel to multiple sites within a workday.
• A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are vital to success in this position.
• Be able to lift, transfer, push/pull, maneuver 50 lbs.; and be able to walk or stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• On-the-Job Mentorship: provide employment training and hands-on support to foster confidence.
• Relationship Building: connect individuals, employers, and partners to ensure reliable employment support.
• Compliance & Documentation: maintain timekeeping, daily reports, and progress updates for the team.
• Advocacy: collaborate with families and transportation providers to ensure employment success.
