Hope Network New Passages, Cadillac Center, is seeking a Job Coach for on-call 1st shift in Cadillac, MI. The role focuses on providing vocational support in diverse settings and helping participants develop workplace skills and independence.

You will collaborate with families, guardians, and teams to create opportunities and support employment success while complying with program requirements. This position is full-time with weekend availability not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide vocational coaching and support in community and facility-based employment settings.
• Monitor work performance and adjust tasks or environments to support success.
• Encourage independence and foster natural supports within the workplace.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and host companies.
• Support transportation and participation in community activities.
• Assist with personal care and ADLs as needed.
• Collaborate with participants, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams.
