Easter Seals in Mount Juliet, Tennessee seeks a Job Coach to help individuals supported maintain paid employment in integrated business settings. This position offers Mon-Fri hours with the option for more hours toward full-time.

Currently serves 1 member with job coaching supports and includes automatic increases at 6 months and 1 year, plus annual performance pay. Responsibilities include providing workplace supports to ensure best opportunities for competitive employment, ongoing training on

Qualificações

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license and High School Diploma required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Medication Administration Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist service members in developing workplace supports for successful competitive employment.
• Provide ongoing training in work ethics, conduct, and performance.
• Support obtaining and maintaining competitive employment.
• Transport service recipients to and from employment sites when needed.
• Participate in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of member services and supports.
