Responsibilities

• Teach individuals independent job skills and requirements utilizing job task analysis and supports
• Work side-by-side with individuals at the job site, analyzing requirements and breaking into teachable steps
• Build a support network between the individual and community members
• Communicate the individual’s progress to the employer, families, and residential staff
• Accurately complete all documentation
• Cooperate with licensing and department staff during inspections or inquiries
