We are seeking a dedicated full-time Employment Specialist/Job Coach to join our East Walnut Hills office. This role involves working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders through all phases of employment, including assessment, job readiness, development, search, support, and follow-up, using evidence-based practices.

Ideal candidates include graduates in fields such as BSW, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or Business, with experience in employment support. Responsibilities

• Develop individualized vocational plans with clients
• Market employment programs to businesses and referral sources
• Assist clients with resumes, cover letters, and job search tools
• Negotiate job placements and familiarize clients with workplace expectations
• Provide job coaching, support, and skills training
• Coordinate transportation and accommodations as needed
• Maintain communication with employers and advocate for clients
• Collect and report program data and participate in community activities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or four years of relevant experience in vocational rehabilitation/employment services
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction preferred
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurable driving record required
