Job summary

Productive Alternatives is hiring part-time Job Coach positions in Macedonia? Alexandria location. You will support individuals on the job, helping them maintain and grow in their positions and serve as a teacher, trainer, and cheerleader to each person we serve.

The starting wage is $20 per hour with a $5 shift differential for nights or weekends. A High School diploma or GED, valid Minnesota Driver’s License, and the ability to pass a background check are required; we welcome experience and

These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions. You will be a teacher, trainer and cheer leader to each person we serve.
