Part Time Job Coach in Perham

Starting wage $20.00/hr

Purpose of the Job

The Job Coach is responsible orient and train persons served individually or in groups to perform job duties in regular work settings in the community, to include maintaining acceptable work habits, behaviors and skills to meet industry standards. Advocate for the integration of persons served in the work site. Maintain adequate and accurate reporting. The Job Coach must maintain positive relationships and ensure the highest quality service is being provided to our community employment sites and their staff, persons served, their families and co-workers in a timely and efficient manner.
