Chippewa River Industries, Inc. is seeking a part-time Job Coach in Rice Lake, WI to support individuals in the community.

The role is about 15-20 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 9pm and peak coverage from 9am to 3pm, and occasional weekend work based on client needs. You will earn $16.00 per hour, enjoy flexible scheduling, paid training, cell phone reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Access to reliable transportation is essential.
• Ability to pass a Department of Justice background check.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients in the community through coaching and guidance.
• Highlight clients’ abilities and track progress.
• Maintain necessary documentation of client interactions.
• Coordinate with CRI to align schedules with client needs.

CRI is hiring for a part-time job coach in Rice Lake, WI. The position will be about 15-20 hours per week - hours are between 8am-9pm with the most help needed from 9am-3pm. May include some weekend hours but will vary based on your availability and our clients schedule.

What does Job coaching include?

• highlight the client’s abilities rather than focusing on their possible disabilities
• teach clients how to use their skills to be successful working for a business in their community
• work to help the client be successful on their own, ideally after spending enough time with the client they should be able to do their job without you there anymore.
• Maintain necessary documentation after meeting with clients
• The critical role of your position is not to complete the tasks for the individual, but to demonstrate, support and document as our “clients” complete their work tasks.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, equivalent or teacher recommendation.
• Access to reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a Department of Justice background check.
