Opportunity Works Connecticut Inc. seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Job Coaches to empower adults with disabilities to live independently and work with confidence across home, community, and workplace settings.

Full-Time and Part-Time roles are available, offering paid training, benefits eligibility, and opportunities to develop essential life and job skills while supporting individuals to achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 18 or older required.
• CT driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills required.
• Reliable and dependable; experience is a plus but not required.
