Opportunity Works Connecticut (OWC) is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Job Coaches. Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available to support adults with disabilities in home, community, and workplace settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid CT driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and encouragement to participants.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Support community outings, vocational activities, and goal achievement.
• Ensure participant health, safety, and well-being.
• Provide transportation when required.
