Job summary

Community Access Services in The Dalles, OR is hiring a Full-Time Job Coach to support adults with IDD as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment within the community.

No prior Job Coach experience is required; training will be provided. The role focuses on one-on-one coaching, independence, and effective workplace habits to help individuals thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, education, coaching, human services, or direct support is helpful but not required.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with the ability to become an approved company driver
• Ability to pass a national background check
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Willingness to travel throughout Hood River and Wasco counties

• Support positive communication with supervisors and coworkers.

Location: The Dalles, OR

Pay: $21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a Full-Time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment throughout the community.
