Qualifications

• Proven experience as Job Coach or related role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with labor market trends and job search platforms.
• Career coaching certification preferred but not required.
