Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track participant attendance, engagement, and progress toward employment goals.
• Collaborate with FEPs and employment services staff to align workshop content with participant needs.
• Provide individualized feedback and coaching to participants as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of workshop participation and outcomes.
• Stay current on workforce trends and integrate relevant content into the curriculum.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with laws and program regulations.
