Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions seeks a Youth Education Navigator to support high school students at risk of not completing their diploma. You will develop personalized education plans, connect youth to tutoring, GED/HSED programs, and precollege initiatives to promote long-term success.

You will collaborate with schools, community organizations, and W-2 staff to ensure coordinated support, monitor progress, and maintain compliant documentation while upholding confidentiality and program rules.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in education, youth development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth in educational or social service settings.
• Knowledge of secondary education systems and alternative credentialing pathways.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities
