Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Senior Job Captain to support innovative design projects across industrial and commercial sectors. You will lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams, contribute to all design phases, and provide construction administration support to ensure high-quality documents and smooth execution.

The role requires strong Revit skills, knowledge of building codes, and experience coordinating complete sets of contract documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Architecture.
• Experience on industrial or commercial projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Revit skills, knowledge of Newforma and building codes.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination with the consultant team across all design phases (concept, design development, construction documents) to deliver documents for permits and construction.
• Provide AutoCAD/Revit support for project documents.
• Utilize resource groups for design and construction document preparation.
• Assist the Project Manager with construction services (site visits, shop drawing reviews).
• Perform project code searches and analyses for each project.
• Assist in preparing project schedules and reviewing Budgets.
• Assist with submittals to jurisdiction agencies.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb team members.
