Ware Malcomb, a growth-oriented design firm, is seeking a Senior Job Captain to support the delivery of innovative design projects for diverse clients. You will lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams, contribute to all design phases and provide construction administration support, applying building codes to produce high-quality construction documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Architecture.
• Experience working on industrial or commercial projects strongly preferred.
• Revit skills and knowledge of building codes.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project coordination with the consultant team for each phase to deliver contract documents for permits and construction.
• Provide AutoCAD/Revit support for the preparation of project documents.
• Utilize resource groups for design and construction documents preparation.
• Assist the Project Manager with construction services and site visits.
• Perform project code searches and analysis for each project.
• Assist in preparing project schedules and reviewing budgets.
• Provide support for submittals to jurisdiction agencies.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb team members.
