Qualifications

• Graduate of architecture or design school. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 5+ years’ work experience on corporate interior design projects.

Responsibilities

• Creates construction documents (CDs) and ensures compliance with firm standards, codes and ADA requirements.
• Manages project through contract administration phase and budget.
• Coordinates with engineering consultants to ensure design solution alignment and timely document submission.
• Mentors Junior/Intermediate Designers and provides feedback on work product.
• Conducts client interviews to determine technical requirements for the design.
