Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience on corporate interior design projects.
• Extensive knowledge of design principles and standards.

Responsabilités

• Creates construction documents (CDs) and reviews CDs for compliance with standards and codes.
• Oversees CD production for smaller projects and coordinates with senior staff.
• Manages project through contract administration phase.
• Coordinates engineering consultants to ensure design compliance and timely submissions.
• Monitors contract administration budget and informs stakeholders of variances.
• Conducts client interviews to determine technical design requirements.
