Job Title: Job Captain

We’re partnering with an award-winning architecture and interiors firm in Los Angeles that’s known for its thoughtful design, collaborative spirit, and technically strong teams. They are looking for a Job Captain to join their LA studio, leading projects from concept to completion, especially in the workplace sector.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the production of drawing sets across SD, DD, and CD phases
• Collaborating with PMs, designers, and consultants to ensure precision and timely delivery
• Attending site visits, issuing RFIs, and resolving construction challenges
• Utilizing Revit to develop project designs and maintain project schedules
• Mentoring junior staff and maintaining high-quality standards

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in architecture, preferably with a focus on interiors
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Ability to produce solid, problem-free sets of drawings
• Excellent team communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking
• Experience with Procore or similar construction administration software
• Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes
• A good sense of humor and adaptability to deadlines
