Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a JLVC Systems Administrator II (C4ISR) in Hawaii to provide senior technical leadership for the design, integration, operation, and sustainment of IT communications and network boundary architectures supporting large-scale military exercises and complex simulation environments.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, SEC+ certification, and SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience; Military and/or MTC experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of JLVC environments, networking, and server administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level technical leadership for design, integration, operation, and sustainment of IT networks and simulation environments.
• Lead secure connectivity between mission command systems and external networks to ensure interoperability.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and document communications infrastructure and network boundary systems.
• Plan and execute maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes to maintain availability and security.
• Mentor junior personnel and guide leadership on C4ISR architectures and system capabilities.
