Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a JLVC Systems Administrator II (C4ISR) to provide senior technical leadership for IT communications and training networks supporting large-scale military exercises.

You will deliver secure connectivity, troubleshoot complex systems, and guide teams in a high-stakes, mission-driven environment. Role requires 5+ years in related IT fields, TCP/IP and virtualization expertise, and a SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI; BA/BS preferred

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience; Military and/or MTC experience preferred.
• Advanced administration and troubleshooting of JLVC environments; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls.
• SEC+ certification; SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration, operation, and sustainment of IT communications networks for JLVC.
• Establish secure connectivity between mission command systems, simulation enclaves, and enterprise networks.
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and change execution for boundary systems.
• Plan maintenance, upgrades, and tech refreshes to maintain availability and security.
• Mentor junior personnel and act as technical authority for network operations.
