Gracie Barra Scottsdale is seeking a Jiu-Jitsu Program Director to lead curriculum development, class scheduling, instructor coordination, and program growth at our Scottsdale location. Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and maintain relationships with new students and parents.
• Answer inquiries and manage appointments.
• Oversee inventory and pro shop sales.
• Collaborate on communication strategies and keep students informed.
• Plan and execute enrollment procedures.
• Maintain data in the club management system.
• Prepare attendance cards and reports for the supervisor.
• Address complaints and delinquent accounts.
• Support billing with delinquent strategies.
• Assist head instructors with scheduling.
• Present program to prospective students and conduct intro lessons.
• Ensure smooth walk‑in prospects and prompt phone response.
