Job summary

Spektrum is seeking a qualified professional to support ACT JISR&A capability development in Norfolk, VA. You will coordinate with the Capability Division and Programme Directors to advance DOTMLPFI-aligned initiatives and multi-source intelligence fusion efforts on a through-life basis.

The role requires a Master’s degree (or equivalent) with extensive experience in briefing leaders, project management, and multinational/NATO contexts. On-site work is expected with travel up to 40 days annually.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent; may be substituted by Bachelor degree with 5 years of relevant field experience.
• 3 years' experience briefing senior leaders in the last 10 years.
• 5 years of operational experience in intelligence fusion and integration at Joint or Strategic level.
• Minimum 2 years' Programme/Project Management experience in a complex military capability development context.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in multinational organizations or NATO structures and familiarity with NATO agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the development of JISR&A capability products according to NATO governance for DOTMLPFI lifecycle across multiple lines of development.
• Assist the JISR&A Capabilities Programme Director and Project Coordinators with programme management tasks and stakeholder interactions.
• Provide methodological and analytical support for holistic JISR&A capability development, including multi-source/multi-domain fusion.
• Support JISR&A projects (e.g. Beacon Projects) as required by leadership.
• Capture, develop, analyze, evaluate and trace higher and lower-level requirements across DOTMLPFI lifecycles.
• Support development and review of doctrinal corpora, policies, directives, concepts of operation, and alternatives.
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and action recommendations; participate in workshops and meetings.
• Travel to NATO sites and other venues for up to 40 days per year.
