Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. in Norfolk, Virginia seeks a Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Awareness Integration SME to support NATO HQ SACT CMDS. The role focuses on lifecycle management of JISR&A capabilities with emphasis on multi-source and multi-domain fusion.

On-site work may require up to 40 days of travel annually. You will provide methodological, analytical, and program-management support across DOTMLPFI, coordinating with the JE Capabilities Program Director and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3 years briefing senior leaders in the last 10 years
• 6 years intelligence fusion and integration at NATO or National HQ level
• 6 years program/project management in military capability development
• 5 years in a multinational organization
• Familiarity with NATO Agencies in system development
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative software
• STANAG 6001 SLP 3333 English proficiency
• NATO SECRET or National SECRET clearance

Responsibilities

• Support development of JISR&A capability products across DOTMLPFI
• Assist JE Capabilities Program Director and Project Coordinators in program management activities
• Provide analytical expertise for multi-source and multi-domain intelligence fusion
• Support JISR&A projects, including related lines of effort and beacon projects
• Assist in capturing and tracing requirements, policies, doctrines, and operation concepts
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and implementation synchronization
• Organize workshops and meetings supporting JISR&A capability development
• Collaborate with international and national organizations
• Maintain program status information and coordinate with NATO Agencies
• Identify lessons learned and support organizational learning
• Perform additional program management activities as directed
