Job summary

Ask ITC Inc. in Denver is seeking an experienced JIRA/Confluence administrator for an 8+ month contract. You will configure and maintain self-hosted Jira and Confluence, create projects, and tailor workflows, fields, and permission schemes to support our teams.

You will build filters and dashboards, respond to support requests, manage plugins and licenses, and train staff on project spaces. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Jira/Confluence experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience building, managing and enforcing standards.
• Able to prioritize, troubleshoot, communicate, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration and administrative support of self-hosted (server) JIRA and Confluence.
• Create and copy projects.
• Design and implement custom workflows, fields, permission schemes, post functions, etc.
• Build filters, custom dashboards, and reports.
• Coordinate and respond to support requests.
• Manage and update software and licenses.
• Install, configure, test, and manage plug-ins.
• Train new staff on JIRA/Confluence and navigating our projects and spaces.
