Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated JIRA Administrator to join our team in Washington, D.C. This onsite role bridges cybersecurity compliance with technical execution, leveraging Jira and Confluence to map controls to workflows.

You will work with developers, engineers, and security analysts to unblock delivery, design dashboards, and drive ISO compliance through flow-based methods and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 7+ years as Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, or Agile Project Coordinator.
• Expert Jira Software and Confluence with bulk ticket creation and dashboards.
• Experience with cybersecurity, DevSecOps, ISO, or RMF.

Responsibilities

• Translate data from tools like Xacta into actionable Jira tasks for security frameworks.
• Organize, prioritize, and track tasks to satisfy controls for system accreditation and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and security analysts to unblock execution and drive delivery.
• Design, build, and maintain Jira dashboards and visualizations for real-time leadership visibility.
• Guide teams in Kanban or flow-based practices, managing WIP limits to maximize throughput.
• Serve as liaison between cyber compliance leadership and delivery teams to align work with mandates.
• Document responses to controls and update tracking items with robust documentation.
