Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Jira Administrator & Application Support Specialist to join a dynamic enterprise-scale IT ecosystem supporting agile delivery teams. This long-term opportunity involves working with a SAP customer transforming Jira-based backlog and test management platforms.

You will automate workflows, manage Xray, JMWE, Structure for Jira, and develop Python scripts with REST integrations to bolster reporting and automation, while supporting cloud migration and incident analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering Jira in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Jira Automation, Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE), and Xray Test Management.
• Knowledge of Structure for Jira boards and reports configuration.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and REST API integrations for custom reporting and automation.
• Experience in troubleshooting application configuration and integration issues.
• Background in incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud migration processes, including app gap analysis and re-platforming.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
