Leoforce is seeking a Mid Level JIB Accountant in Dallas/Fort Worth to manage joint interest billings and cash calls for working interest partners. You will reconcile AFEs, respond to partner inquiries, and ensure accurate coding of AP invoices to wells and cost centers, supporting month-end close and related schedules.

The role requires 2+ years in JIB or oil & gas accounting, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of AFEs and COPAS; a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of JIB, joint venture or oil and gas accounting.
• Working knowledge of working interest, AFEs, COPAS and operating agreements.
• Strong Excel (lookups, pivots, reconciliations).
• Experience with energy accounting software such as Quorum, P2, Enertia or an ERP like JD Edwards or SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
